Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Praxis AI Cloud, APIs, model routing, agent runtime, browser and sandbox tools, document processing, registry, account, and related services provided by Praxis Global Limited.
Users may not use the service to:
- violate law, regulation, sanctions, export controls, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights;
- create, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, botnets, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized scraping, or unauthorized access;
- generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation content, non-consensual intimate content, or content that exploits or harms minors;
- threaten, harass, dox, defame, extort, impersonate, or target people or organizations for abuse;
- meaningfully facilitate violence, terrorism, self-harm, weapon construction, or evasion of law enforcement;
- make high-impact automated decisions about legal rights, employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, insurance, or public benefits without appropriate human review and legal basis;
- misrepresent AI-generated content as human-generated where disclosure is legally required or materially necessary to avoid deception;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights;
- overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
- resell, sublicense, or expose the service in a way that violates plan limits, third-party model terms, or our written agreement.
We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, throttle or suspend accounts, disable API keys, report unlawful activity, preserve evidence, or terminate access. Users must promptly cooperate with reasonable abuse, security, and legal investigations.
Enterprise customers are responsible for their end users' use of the service and must maintain reasonable controls, access management, and internal policies.
