China Mainland Supplemental Disclosure

Effective date: 2026-06-16

This Supplemental Disclosure provides additional information for users in Mainland China. It supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Entity roles

Praxis Global Limited (知行環球有限公司) is the user-facing service operator for Praxis AI Cloud and related services. Nanjing Deep Practice Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. may provide underlying technology, software development, IP authorization, deployment support, maintenance, and technical support for Mainland China-related operations.

2. Personal information processing

We process personal information according to principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, good faith, transparency, purpose limitation, and minimum necessity. We process personal information to create and manage accounts, provide AI cloud and developer services, process files and model requests, secure the platform, prevent abuse, bill customers, provide support, and comply with law.

Sensitive personal information, if processed, should be limited to what is necessary for the relevant feature or compliance purpose and protected with stricter controls. Product interfaces or enterprise agreements may provide additional notices where separate consent or separate disclosure is required.

3. Cross-border processing

Because Praxis Global Limited is a Hong Kong company and the service uses global infrastructure and providers, personal information may be accessed, stored, or processed outside Mainland China. Cross-border processing may involve hosting providers, model providers, payment providers, support systems, and security systems. We will use appropriate notices, contractual measures, technical safeguards, and other lawful mechanisms where required.

4. User rights

Users may request access, copy, correction, supplementation, deletion, explanation of processing rules, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, or account cancellation where required by applicable law. We may need to verify identity and may refuse or limit requests where permitted by law, such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of others' rights.

5. Data ownership and user content

User original content remains user content. The platform receives processing rights needed to provide, secure, bill, support, and comply with the service. Platform-created operational logs, diagnostic records, routing metrics, safety signals, aggregate analytics, and service-improvement outputs may be controlled by Praxis Global Limited.

6. Contact

Privacy questions and Mainland China personal information rights requests may be sent to contact@deepractice.ai. Legal notices may be sent to contact@deepractice.ai.
